Color expert

I am a cos student with almost 1500 hours and was hoping someone could point me into the right direction for learning more on color. I want to learn as much as I can because I feel it is my weak point. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

    Also when you get finished with school you can assist, or go to work at a JC Penneys they offer alot of additional education in color, perms, ect.
